Report an Incident or Complaint to the Office of Cannabis Management
You may report the following using the Incident Reporting Form below:
- Concerns with cannabis product, packaging or content
- Potential illegal activity
- Unethical business conduct
- Unwanted health reaction after using cannabis (Adverse Event)
- Other complaints
- Questions and/or suggestions
The information you provide will be forwarded to the appropriate team for review and appropriate action. If additional information is needed, the Office may reach out to you using the contact information you provide. Please note the Office takes all concerns seriously, however we cannot provide the current status or outcome of any investigation as a follow-up to this request.
Seek immediate medical attention or advice if you are currently experiencing a serious or troublesome cannabis-related symptom(s). Call your health care provider or the Poison Center at (800) 222-1222.
