OCM is seeking competitive proposals for a third-party grant administrator to facilitate The Equity Business Development Grant. This grant program will support active (approved) Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) licensees and Social and Economic Equity (SEE) licensees from across the supply chain with startup costs related to launching and operating in New York. The Program will provide grants to cover essential startup costs including but not limited to: commercial rent; capital improvements and space fit outs for licensed locations; inventory purchases; security equipment purchases and installation; agricultural systems; point of sale system purchases; inventory tracking systems, insurance costs; and more.
