Careers with the Office of Cannabis Management

The New York State Office of Cannabis Management has career opportunities available that are suitable for applicants with a broad range of backgrounds.  Our work focuses on licensing of cultivators, processors, distributors and dispensaries to grow and sell adult-use cannabis, medical cannabis and cannabinoid hemp products in New York State, providing New Yorkers with safe, regulated cannabis products. Through this work, the Office is building a thriving, new cannabis industry that delivers social and economic justice through an equity program that encourages members from communities disproportionately impacted by the policies of cannabis prohibition to participate.
