REGISTERED ORGANIZATION EXPANSION
9 NYCRR Part 113 of the Medical Cannabis Regulations adopted by the Cannabis Control Board state that for individuals and corporations—including nonprofit and for-profit organizations—are eligible for a Registered Organization (RO) registration. Applications for RO registrations are now closed.
Each applicant must submit a non-refundable application fee in the amount of $10,000.00 prior to the application deadline. A registration fee in the amount of $200,000.00 shall be sent within ten (10) business days if the applicant is granted an approval for a registration. The fees must be paid by certified checks, each made payable to the New York State Office of Cannabis Management.
